These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and em7777 ("em7777," "we," "our," or "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at em7777.co ("Platform"). 4.1 Deposits. em7777 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, and other payment methods as listed in the Platform cashier from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. em7777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos), unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion. em7777 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit amounts at any time.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. em7777 targets a processing time of one (1) to two (2) hours for GCash and Maya withdrawals under normal operating conditions. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment processor availability, security review requirements, and public holiday schedules. em7777 does not guarantee specific processing times and will not be liable for delays outside its reasonable control.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on the em7777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). em7777 does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies through its standard account system.

4.5 Transaction Records. Transaction records are available through your em7777 account dashboard. It is your responsibility to review and retain records of your transactions for tax, legal, and personal budgeting purposes. em7777 does not provide tax advice, and any tax obligations arising from winnings are solely your responsibility.

em7777 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, including wagering requirements ("playthrough"), eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.

• Bonuses credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds may only be used to play on eligible game categories as specified in the relevant promotion.
• em7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the em7777 Platform are subject to the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

em7777 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories for all non-live games. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within each game. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the em7777 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of criminal activity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorized by em7777.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game errors, or display anomalies for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.

em7777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your em7777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by em7777's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

• At your own request, including pursuant to a self-exclusion election.

Upon account closure, em7777 will return any verified balance to your registered payment method, net of any applicable fees or amounts subject to investigation, within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances not yet subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
